CLI features
G4X-helpers provides the following CLI commands:
- resegment : reprocess G4X-output with a new segmentation
- redemux : reprocess G4X-output with a new transcript manifest
- update_bin : update G4X-viewer
.binfile with new metadata - new_bin : generate G4X-viewer
.binfiles from sample output - tar_viewer : package G4X-viewer folder for distribution
- migrate : migrate legacy runs to the latest G4X-data schema and viewer format
