CLI features

G4X-helpers provides the following CLI commands:

• --resegment : reprocess G4X output with a new segmentation
• --update_bin : update G4X-viewer .bin file with new metadata
• --new_bin : generate G4X-viewer .bin files from sample output
• --tar_viewer : package G4X-viewer folder for distribution
