Validate G4X-data file and folder structure
Checks whether a G4X-data directory contains the expected files, folders, and table schemas for the detected assay type. By default, validate reports on both required raw inputs and secondary outputs such as single-cell and viewer artifacts.
Usage
Arguments / Options
G4X-DATA
type : directory
example : path/to/g4x_output
Positional path to a G4X sample output directory.
The folder must follow the expected schema (e.g., contain sample.g4x, segmentation masks, panel files, images).
Provide this argument directly after the specified command, i.e:
g4x-helpers COMMAND G4X-DATA
--raw-only / -r
type : flag
default : not set
Validate only the minimum raw data required for G4X-helpers operation. Use this when checking whether a sample can be processed before downstream outputs have been generated.
