dashboard controls
This page describes how to use the G4X Viewer dashboard for basic analysis and comparison of user-selected regions of interest (ROIs). The dashboard is available from the Dashboard tab in the G4X Viewer, though most features require a loaded image and selected ROIs.
To begin using the dashboard, first create, import, or select ROIs in the viewer. ROI selection is useful for comparing regions within a sample and for independent analysis of multi-tissue FFPE blocks, such as tissue microarrays (TMAs).
Once ROIs are available, the dashboard can display multiple plot types for comparing transcript, cell, and protein information across selected regions. Dashboard plots can be moved, resized, reconfigured, and combined in the same workspace.
The sections below provide detailed guidance for creating ROIs and using the available dashboard analysis tools.
